Fresa means strawberry. The cup explains why.
La Fresa is Spanish for strawberry, and the first sip makes the name obvious. This Castillo is grown between 1,700 and 1,900 metres in Quindío, in the heart of Colombia's coffee country, and dried as whole cherries to draw out every bit of fruit. Ripe strawberry leads, followed by grape and guava, with a warm hint of cinnamon at the end. High, juicy acidity keeps it lively, whether you brew a fruity espresso, a hot filter or a cold brew.
